We evaluate the impact of current sustainability regulations, best-practise and trends in the market environment on your company. We assign your status quo of sustainability activities to a maturity model and determine corresponding potentials or gaps. Based on these criteria, we derive possible physical, financial, regulatory and operational risks in the context of sustainability.
Sustainability Strategy
We develop a best-fit sustainability strategy for you with measurable and long-term goals in order to integrate sustainability holistically into the corporate context (e.g. decarbonization strategies). This sets the path for the implementation of measures and integrates sustainability as a concrete pillar of strategy and as a "way to act" in the corporate philosophy.
Sustainable Fonds- & Product Strategy
We offer the development of sustainable fund concepts. These include "Light Green" products that promote ecological or social characteristics as well as sustainable investments and "impact" fund solutions in accordance with Art. 8 | 9 Disclosure Regulation. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations are taken into account during development.
Organizational Integration
We translate and transfer sustainable objectives into suitable organizational structures, functions and roles along the value chain. In the process, clear responsibilities and value contributions are defined and interfaces determined. Within an appropriate competence management we define the target skills and their development.
Governance Models & KPIs
In performance management, we develop control and monitoring models to achieve long-term implementation successes that enable sustainability measures to be initiated along the value chain, evaluated in a standardized manner, and their impact to be mapped in a reportable manner at Group level. In addition to quantitative and qualitative KPIs for measuring success, the development of standards and reporting according to industry standards is essential.
Target Operating Model
Measures for the realization of sustainability goals are defined along the value chain (from management to operational activities). The underlying process map, tools and instruments are adapted or redesigned according to the new requirements and applicable guidelines and standards. According to the RACI logic, core or sub-processes are assigned to the involved stakeholders and the process organization is documented.
Global Roadmap & Implementation Measures
We support you in implementation planning and methodology, differentiation of regional specifics and selection of pilot portfolios. By setting up a short- and medium-term roadmap, identified measures and objects are prioritized top-down based on their value contribution to the achievement of sustainability goals, core milestones are set, and responsibilities during implementation are defined. A central PMO forms the bracket.
Digitalization & Tools
The "mega tool for everything" does not yet exist. We plan with you the integration of ESG data to ensure secure and easy reporting for different purposes in the future. In doing so, we check whether the existing application structure can be used or whether an alternative approach is necessary. We implement the jointly defined target concept, taking into account relevant interfaces of technical or organizational requirements.
ESG Data Model & Reporting
Together with you, we consider the respective reporting requirements and ambitions and identify the data needs on this basis. We set up a suitable ESG data model that can flexibly serve current and future requirements and thus create the basis for transparency with regard to the ESG key figures of the portfolio. Furthermore, we ensure a consistency check of the existing data.

Managed Services
The implementation of commercial ESG software poses challenges for users both during set-up and operation. We take over the structuring of the basic data, the central control of the software and the participants (PM, FM, Smart Meter Provider etc.) as well as the quality assurance of the delivered data. We are available at all times as a contact partner for questions, so that you can concentrate fully on your core tasks and have ESG data available at the push of a button.
Smart Metering
Consumption data is the key for sustainability performance and monitoring. It is essential to be able to extract this data automatically and digitally directly from the properties.
We support you within the scope of tenders to convert your consumption metering to a remotely readable technology by means of smart meters. This implies both the main and sub-meters of a property (multi-metering). We accompany the migration process through appropriate project controlling until complete implementation with the goal of being able to visualize and export all your consumption data via a portal.
