Andreas Morath has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management, asset management, and property management. after studying economics in Mainz, he worked for an international construction company and as a consultant for Dr. Seebauer & Partner and Oliver Wyman.

As a member of the management board, he is responsible for the finance & controlling and it departments at TME ASSOCIATES GmbH, TME CONSULTING GmbH, and serves as the chairman of the board of directors for TME CONSULTING AG. He also leads the real estate industry client sector and is a member of the global steering board.
