Daniela Paul is a trained real estate agent and holds a Master's degree in Facility Management. She has been working in the real estate industry for 12 years. As a manager and project leader, her consulting focuses on the procurement of facility management and property management services, including negotiation and implementation, operating cost forecasting, as well as planning and construction-related facility management consulting.

Through her work for a variety of well-known investment and asset management companies, she has extensive experience in analyzing the respective property requirements and their implementation from the early planning phase.
