As a member of the management board, he is responsible for the finance & controlling and it departments at TME ASSOCIATES GmbH, TME CONSULTING GmbH, and serves as the chairman of the board of directors for TME CONSULTING AG. He also leads the real estate industry client sector and is a member of the global steering board.

Arnd Reifenrath | Group-CEO

Arnd Reifenrath disposes of more than 20 years of consulting experience in corporate real estate, facility management, and asset management. He has extensive knowledge in implementing international organizational projects and portfolio transformations. Arnd Reifenrath, a graduate in business administration from Bamberg and San Diego, worked as an assistant to the CEO of one of the leading companies in the construction materials industry and as a consultant at Mercer Oliver Wyman.

As chairman of the management board, Arnd Reifenrath leads TME ASSOCIATES GmbH, TME CONSULTING GmbH, and TME CONSULTING KOREA Ltd. He is also managing director of TME REALSolutions GmbH and a member of the board of directors of TME CONSULTING AG. In addition to overseeing the group's asian activities, he is responsible for corporate strategy, internationalization, hr, marketing, sales, communication, and legal affairs. he is also the chairman of the global steering board.

Brigitte Walter has over 40 years of expertise in all areas of banking and real estate and held a leading position at an internationally positioned investment company for many years. In addition to strategic corporate development, her focus has been on establishing and developing instruments for risk and corporate management. She has comprehensive real estate knowledge in various asset classes and experience in managing regulated and non-regulated products for institutional and private clients.

Dr. Carina Kaiser | Senior Manager

Dr. Carina Kaiser is a business and real estate economist. She holds Master's degrees in both the US and Germany, and a doctorate/PhD in real estate economics. Alongside lecturing and researching in both countries, she has working experience in real estate private equity.

Born in Germany and based in San Francisco, Dr. Carina Kaiser provides unique, in-depth knowledge of different markets and cultures, contributing to the benefit of our clients in international projects. She specializes in strategy for organizational development, applied technology in real estate, and change management.

Christian Balletshofer

Christian Balletshofer has over 30 years of professional experience and holds degrees as a Diplom-Kaufmann, Real Estate Economist, and Fellow at RICS. In leadership roles, he has worked for both medium-sized companies and corporations, most recently as the Managing Director at Bayerische Hausbau. His professional background lies in asset management and project development, encompassing all asset classes.

In addition to strategic corporate development and change management, he possesses in-depth expertise in HR, innovation management, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters.

Christian Gebert | Partner

Christian Gebert has many years of consulting and industry experience in the financial services sector, including about fifteen years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining TME Associates, he was responsible for business operations, software engineering, and process management at Real I.S. AG. Before that, Christian Gebert gained more than ten years of project management experience in strategy and organizational consulting, as well as in the financial services industry. His extensive project experience ranges from strategy development to the reorganization of structure and process organizations, system selection and implementation, as well as the implementation of digitalization initiatives. Christian Gebert is the Competence Lead Digitalization and is responsible for the IT department at TME Associates.

Dr. Christina Hilger | Partner

Dr. Christina Hilger has more than 20 years of consulting and planning experience in complex construction projects, with a focus on office and industrial buildings. After studying in Germany, Cambridge, and the USA, she gained extensive experience in work concepts and project management & development, both as an independent consultant and in renowned companies such as Hilger, Law, Dunbar & Nasmith, Murphy/Jahn, Dirk Lohan, Chicago, HOK London, and HENN Architects.

Dr. Christina Hilger's consulting focus is on the development and implementation of workplace concepts with corresponding space and change management, as well as early, context-oriented holistic development of structured planning processes for construction projects. In addition to her long-standing, internationally oriented project experience, her work is inspired by research in the field of architectural sociology and various teaching activities on the necessity of socially responsible, systemic approaches in architecture and urban development in a global network society.

Within TME Associates, Dr. Christina Hilger is responsible for the competence area of Portfolio Transformation and is the Compliance Officer.

Daniela Marschall | Manager

Daniela Marschall is a trained real estate agent and holds a Master's degree in Facility Management. She has been working in the real estate industry for 12 years. As a manager and project leader, her consulting focuses on the procurement of facility management and property management services, including negotiation and implementation, operating cost forecasting, as well as planning and construction-related facility management consulting.

Through her work for a variety of well-known investment and asset management companies, she has extensive experience in analyzing the respective property requirements and their implementation from the early planning phase.

Frank Ströhlein | Partner

Frank Ströhlein has over 25 years of consulting experience in the fields of Corporate Real Estate Management, Facility Management and Industrial Services as well as ESG topics. With his work in international management consultancies as well as in a leading position of a well-known FM service provider, the graduate in business administration brings extensive experience from both an external perspective and an operational customer perspective, and applies this knowledge profitably in his national and international consulting projects.

Frank Ströhlein's comprehensive project experience ranges from strategy development to implementation. His current focus in consulting activities is on outsourcing, growth strategies, location concepts, operational excellence and service control for real estate and infrastructure users, operators as well as their service providers.

Hevi Celebi | HR Business Partner

Hevi Celebi is an experienced HR professional with a Master's degree in Psychology from Justus Liebig University in Giessen and Fresenius University in Frankfurt am Main. With over 5 years of experience in the field, Hevi Aknar-Celebi has expertise in personnel selection, development, staffing management, and employer branding. At TME Asssociates, she serves as a critical interface between management and HR, overseeing personnel planning, marketing, and controlling, while also leading the implementation of strategic HR processes and contributing to the establishment of a positive corporate culture.

Jose Fernández | Partner

Jose Fernandez has over 20 years of professional experience in the finance and real estate industry. In recent years, he has focused on property management, digitization, and the management of external service providers.

Before joining the TME team, Jose Fernandez served as COO of a consulting firm, Head of Finance/Shared Service Center, and Managing Director of property management companies. During this time, he stabilized and developed the company's Spanish subsidiary. Prior to his career in real estate, Jose Fernandez was a Finance Director for a large financial institution in Germany.

At TME Associates, Jose Fernandez is responsible for the Customer Centric Services division, the Europe region, and is Managing Director of TME REALSolutions GmbH, as well as a member of the Global Steering Board.

She leverages a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change Management to engage with executives, change leaders, and teams, understand their priorities and tailor solutions that bring stakeholder needs together. Through collaboration, she builds trusted relationships that enable clients to discover new ways of working that drive sustainable growth and business results.

Joy Stephan is President of TME Consulting, Inc. the American subsidiary of TME  ASSOCIATES. She leads service development and delivery in the U.S. market and leads Change Management services for TME Associates.

Karsten Schröder has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of facility management. After studying industrial engineering, he initially worked in technical property management. For over 5 years, he has been advising our clients on the procurement of facility management and property management services, including negotiation and implementation, as well as planning and construction-related facility management consulting. Karsten Schröder is also part of our Competence Center Sustainability as a state-certified environmental protection technician.

Kevin Kuhl | Senior Manager

Kevin Kuhl is a trained economist with many years of experience along the entire value chain in the real estate industry. As a manager and competence lead for Performance & Agility, his consulting focus is on strategy development, organizational development in terms of structure and process (target operating model), classic process modeling, as well as implementing agile work models and supporting implementation and transformation projects (change management).

After studying economics in Bonn and Munich, Kevin Kuhl further developed his analytical and methodological competence during his time as a consultant in London. With this international approach and professional expertise, he has been successfully supporting many of our clients as a project manager in a wide range of issues and topics since 2017.

Marcus Marschall has over 25 years of professional experience in real estate management, financial services, and management consulting. He holds a degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a degree in business administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. He accompanies clients throughout the entire real estate value chain, including debt and equity. He has a long track record as an interim manager and in restructuring, portfolio management, as well as in real estate, credit, and enterprise risk management. Marcus Marschall has particular expertise in investment management, capital market-oriented real estate strategies, and real estate-based financial products. Prior to joining TME Associates, Marcus Marschall was Managing Director of the RE-investment boutique Verianos AG. Previously, he was a partner and Head of Real Estate at the management consultancy Oliver Wyman for 8 years.

Dr. Manfred Hofacker has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, particularly in the area of facility management, including the development of new management and steering models. He has comprehensive knowledge in the implementation of international real estate projects. As a physicist, he holds a doctorate in natural sciences from RWTH Aachen. Prior to his engagement with TME Associates, he was a partner at St. Gallen Consulting Group/Mercer Management Consulting and served as Chief Process Officer of one of the largest international FM service providers.

Dr. Ralf Hohenstatt has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years, including 10 years in consulting. He has worked for renowned investment firms, corporates, and service providers in the areas of real estate strategy, organizational development, sourcing, and post-merger integration, primarily in an international context. After completing his successful studies in economics and receiving his doctorate from IREBS in Regensburg, he continues to teach Real Estate Portfolio Management at IREBS/DVFA platforms.
Since 2018, he has been leading our Corporates client sector as well as serving as Managing Director of TME CONSULTING GmbH and a member of the Global Steering Board.

After studying economics and social geography in Heidelberg and Munich, he worked as a partner at BulwienGesa AG, Dr. Seebauer & Partner, and Oliver Wyman. Along with Andreas Morath and Arnd Reifenrath, Ralph Siebald is a founding partner of TME Associates and currently serves as the chairman of the Advisory Board.

Reto Iseli has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, management consulting, and real estate portfolio and asset management. He held various management functions within a leading global bank, where he was responsible for real estate mandates, solutions, and advisory. As a management consultant he has led strategic initiatives and projects for private, corporate and institutional clients across Europe, Asia and the United States.

He holds an executive MBA in International Real Estate (IREBS | Harvard | Reading | Singapore) and an M.A. in Economics from St. Gallen University. He also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) programs.

Reto Iseli is co-heading the activities in Switzerland and is a member of the Global Steering Board.

Robert Lambe, CFM, ProFM, has 30 years of corporate facilities experience ranging from leading planning and site design project for a design firm, leading strategic planning and special projects for the facilities group of a multi-state corporation, implementation of IWMS systems, and long-range strategic facility consulting. For the past few years, he has been leading international facility benchmarking programs for museums, utilities, and research organizations. He has presented on strategic planning and the use of facility metrics at national and industry conferences since 1998.

Sean Rhee was Managing Director at Koramco REIT and Trust Company, overseeing asset management, REIT financing, business planning, and compliance. Koramco is one of the leading REIT and real estate holding companies in Korea. Prior to this, he gained experience working at the Korea Development Bank and Lend Lease Korea. Sean Rhee completed his Business Management degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Seoul National University and went on to study real estate at Konkuk University.

Sean Rhee currently leads the operations in Korea and is a member of the Investment Advisory Competence Team.

Stephan Lückenkötter has extensive consulting and industry experience in the areas of sales and marketing, including nine years as director and authorized signatory for the worldwide foreign business of internationally renowned premium consumer brands, and for several years as a board member of a retail and e-commerce company.

After studying economics and business administration in Trier and Canterbury (UK), he began his career as assistant to the CEO of a leading global building materials company, worked as a consultant at AT Kearney, and then in international management.

Thilo Junkes has extensive experience in the field of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM). He takes a holistic approach to real estate, considering its economic, technical, and functional aspects. He was the long-time head of Corporate Real Estate Management at Deutsche Telekom, where he built the CREM structure and was responsible for the commercial, strategic, and operational management of all properties.

By consistently representing the interests of corporates and their customers, he brings projects involving the entire lifecycle of corporate real estate to a successful conclusion. Examples of his work include the development and implementation of CREM control logic, the implementation of location and property strategies, the implementation of new workplace concepts (smart working), the establishment of service provider control, and procurement management.

As a real estate economist with international experience and a doctorate in Law,  he brings extensive knowledge from both an external perspective and an operational customer perspective, which he leverages for the benefit of his national and international consulting projects.
