Alexander Risto has been working in the real estate industry for over ten years. His focus is on developing Integrated Facility Management concepts as well as supporting national and international tenders including negotiation and implementation. He has also developed and implemented international organizational structures and processes, up to the development of key account structures.

After completing his studies as an industrial engineer with a specialization in construction, he initially worked as an operative and strategic manager for international major clients in the field of facility management. While working, he obtained a further education in maintenance management and a Master of Business Administration in international real estate management.
