Project approach

  • Implementation of process structures/instruments/tools (e.g. progress analysis, meeting and reporting structures, templates, risk analysis and controlling tools)

  • Monitoring of project progress and expert as well as content quality of sub-projects
  • Quality management via assessment of quality gates mile stones and defined project points/topics
  • Preparation of regular, written status reports to the steering committee
  • Ensuring of networking regarding inter sub-project topics, e.g. training
  • Recognising and anticipating of issues/risks (e.g. time, progress, results, risks, missing content/project steps) in the sub-projects
